Background Information
Given the on-going
globalization in the world, cooperation and development have become

located in the south of northeast China and is adjacent to Bohai Sea
and Huanghai Sea with a 2,920 km coastline. She faces each other
across the sea and the river with Japan, South Korea and DPR Korea
and connects to Russia and Mongolia with land roads as one of the
important continental bridges connecting Europe with the Pacific and
the only sea-going outlet and important window for interacting with
foreign countries in northeast China and east of Inner Mongolia. The
coastal area of Liaoning Province enjoys developed transportation
network and boasts obvious industrial and technological advantage.
