Necessity of Project Construction
Chaoyang is located at arid area in the west of Liaoning Province with shortage of water resources. Especially in urban area of Chaoyang which is economic and cultural center of Chaoyang, urban water consumption always depends on underground water. In order to solve the problem of urban water consumption, Yanwangbizi Reservoir is built, and so far the reservoir has possessed the condition of water supply.
