Necessity of Project Construction: Liaoyang Tongyi Co., Ltd worked out a new technology of recycling the used batteries, which is confirmed by the Northeast University, the technology is simple but useful, which can kick off those poisonous factors, such as, mercury, cadmium, lead, thus, the environment is well protected.
