Basic Information of Project
Necessity of Project Construction: the Ministry of Education will invest RMB 12 billion yuan to build rural remote education network system in next three years, which will be also used for transmitting the information on technical education, supply and demand of farm-products and science and technology to rural basic cadres and numerous farmers after built up, to realize “one network two uses”. The Ministry of Science and Technology will set about carrying out the network and telephone “Approaching to All Villages”, by then more than 2770 counties, 65000 towns or townships, about 1000000 villages and more than 5 million peasant-brokers will say goodbye to the time when there is no telephone. And the Ministry of Information Industry will solve the problem of IP phone approaching to 690000 villages in the next 2 years.
