Necessity of Project Construction
Fuxin is short of water resource, and water supply is not enough presented as resourceful lack of water, engineering lack of water and quality lack of water. In Fuxin, water per person possessing rate stands 1/5 of national average quota and mu average possessing rate stand 1/10 of national average quota. In Chao Yi Co., Ltd, the electric power plant uses big portion of water, and to 2010, Chao Yi will use over 30 thousand tons of water per day. At the same time, since mine gush water volume of Xing Long Coal Mine is 4-5tons/d, and annual drainage water of Wool Industrial Co., Ltd is 3000 tons, if we combine both advantages to build water-supply system, which can supply treated mine water and wool-washed waste to electric power plant and surrounding unit, it will be completely in keeping with China’s environmental protection and energy conservation policy.
