32. Project of Annual Output 30000-Ton of Super High Molecular Weight Polyacrylamide in Panjin
Basic Information of Project
Necessity of Project Construction: now the annual domestic demand for polyacrylamide is about 150000 tons, oil exploration is still the largest consuming field of polyacrylamide in China, and the consumption is about 120000 ton/year (110000 ton is consumed for tertiary oil recovery and about 10000 ton for water profile) accounting for 80% of total domestic consumption. Our country’s large oilfields including Daqing, Shengli, Liaohe, Zhongyuan, Huabei and Dagang have entered mid-late stage of extraction and the overall water percentage of extracted oil is rising gradually. In order to stabilize the output of the oilfields in east of China, tertiary oil recovery technology is adopted to improve oil recovery and guarantee the stable output. Some oilfields including Daping, Shengli and Zhongyuan have already generalized and applied polymer flooding technology; Liaohe Oilfield has also made polymer flooding experiments and gained good effect of oil production increment, so there will be a bright market prospect. Water treatment industry has a day-by-day increasing demand for polyacrylamide and will demand 18000 tons annually account for 12% of total consumption as the second largest polyacrylamide consuming field. In addition, such industries as papermaking, textile, ore dressing, food and agriculture demand about 10000 tons of polyacrylamide per year, so there will be a great market potential.
