Necessity of Project Construction: Panjin Beifang Asphalt Co., Ltd with single product structure and low added value has, besides its leading product - asphalt, more than 200000 tons of naphthenic-base distillate basic material, which is sold out at low price as intermediate product, thus its economic efficiency is affected a lot. In order to change such a situation, Panjin Beifang Asphalt Co., Ltd has decided to adopt three stages in series and once-through high pressure hydrotreating process to produce environmental naphthenic base oil serial products after making a lot of market researches and oil development attempts.
