30.Fertilizer, Methanol and Cyanuramide Combined Production and Resource Optimization Project by Panjin Zhongrun Chemical Industry
Basic Information of Project
Necessity of Project Construction: because this is a fertilizer, methanol and cyanuramide combined production and resource optimization project, this project will only add 30000 tons of urea per year. The urea consumed for the cyanuramide of former plant and the newly added is 94500 ton/year, while the actual amount of the commodity of urea is only 65500 ton/year, which is far less than the existing amount of commodity of urea. Methanol is one of the main organic chemicals, besides being used as solvent, it can be used to produce formaldehyde, acetic acid, chloromethane, methylamine, methyl-tert-butyl ether, dimethyl terephthalate, methyl acrylate and some other organic chemical products. In addition, it can be used for transport fuel and developing domestic fuel after added with gasoline or by replacing gasoline, therefore, methanol will have a broad market prospect. Cyanuramide is an important organic chemical material and is widely used in such industries as coating, medicine, building material, paper-making, leather and textile and so on, so it will have a bright market prospect.
