Necessity of Project Construction
The company has production experience of all-steel radial truck tyre for 20 years. Through digestion and absorption of introduced production technology, now it can produce two series of all-steel radial truck tyres in several tens of specification. The products obtain national product quality system certification, pass DOT certification of USA, and obtain European ECE54 quality certification. During the period of the Eighth Five-year and the Ninth Five-year Plan, it introduced key equipment for tyre production. Main production equipment is in good condition, and some equipment reaches advanced level in 1990s. Its products are sold in various places of China, exported to Euramerican market, and equipped for auto manufacturers for a long term.
