Necessity of Project Construction
China central government and local government have supported local people multipurpose use and develop coal gangue for a long time. Although clay brick which is mainly made of loess has made big benefit for long years, it invaded large amount of land and destroyed cultivated land, and also badly affect insufficient land. So China five ministries and commissions announced “Announcing Big and Middle-sized Cities’ Name About Forbidding Using Clay Brick in Field of Homebuilding”. Along with the enforcement of the announcement, clay brick will disappear from building material market, and then the chance to develop coal gangue sintered hollow brick come to us. In Fuxin coal mine district, there are full of resource associated with coal, every year coal mine district sends out over 4 million tons of coal gangue, now it has piled up 0.8 billion tons which seriously do harm to city environment. So it is necessary to build up a production line of producing 0.4 billion coal gangue sintered hollow brick. Building this production line not only fit to national industrial policy, but also supply the need of Fuxin city’s economic transformation.
