Necessity of Project Construction： As rare metal and compounds, zirconium and hafnium and its compounds are more and more extensive in various realm applications, such as leather, electronics, porcelain and ceramics and the military work etc.. As the domestic unique productive atomic class zirconium and hafnium, my factory has absolute advantage on the technique and scale. Currently the international and local market of zirconium and hafnium is very active. As the important raw material of the nuclear energy industry and the military work, zirconium and hafnium have been monopolized and controlled by the abroad .Having reformed, this item established Chinese zirconium and hafnium produce base .This item adopts the most international advanced zircon sand to boil directly chlorination craft technique, recovering a productive line, setting up two production lines, making the zirconium and hafnium and the compound total amounts reach to 31,000 tons.
