Heat Exchanger Project of Fushun
Necessity of the Project: The threaded-ring locked heat exchanger is a new-style heat exchanger which is used in the equipments of hydrorefining, hydrodesulfurization and hydrocracking in refinery. It is the key equipment for hydrogenation technology with the characters of compact structure, reliable seal, less leakage points, small floor space and material saving. It plays an important role in modern refining technique. It is the necessary equipment developing from refining to large diameter, high efficiency and deep processing. Grasping the technique of producing large diameter petrochemical equipments and the accessory production ability is a new point of growth for the petrochemical equipments manufacturers. It is the only way for enterprises to technical upgrade.
Project Content and Total Investment: Build large diameter heat exchanger workshops covering 10502㎡. Purchase 28 sets of technological equipments and its auxiliaries. The total investment is RMB 190 million including RMB 160 million of fixed assets investment and RMB 30 million of current capital. 100 million is requested from bank loan and 90 million is self-financed.
